Our Tumbler Invasion Vendor Booths consist of a 10'x10' booth area with 8-foot-tall pipe and drapes on 3 sides. They will come with (1) 8'table "NO table cover", (2) chairs, a business name placard, (1) trash can, and (3) 3-Day Vendor Passes for you and your crew. If you purchase multiple booths, you will receive a max of (5) 3-Day Vendor Passes. Each additional 10x10 booth will get (1) 8' table and (2) chairs. 

Additional Vendor Passes may be purchased through the website and will be placed on your table inside your booth for you to pick-up during Vendor setup.

Electrical is NOT included in any booth purchase so, if you need electrical you must purchase it separately. 

In order to prevent over saturation of 1 particular craft/creator we will be monitoring vendors who purchase our booths to ensure equal exposure. If at any point in time we feel that 1 particular craft/creator has become over saturated, we will contact the most recent vendor to discuss our next steps. The only vendors that can purchase a booth will be Approved vendors.

Attached to this listing and immediately after purchase you will be prompted to download the rules and regulations, by purchasing a booth you agree to review and abide by all the rules and regulations set out by both Tumbler Invasion, The Sevierville Convention Center, TN and Federal Laws.

 The only food vendors allowed are those that have individually wrapped products and are approved by the Tumbler Invasion Staff. These vendors will be required to fill out and submit an additional form that will require approval from the Tennessee Health Department.

If for any reason you can't attend Tumbler Invasion 2025, please know that Tumbler Invasion Crafting Convention 2025 vendor booths are non-transferrable as we reserve the right to approve or deny vendors based on the availability of the product being sold.
